Hosting

The site and domain are hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Technical requests may generate security and operational logs.

Privacy

Data controller: Maurice Hermanns / R Studio.

The site does not sell data, build advertising profiles, or use the form for unsolicited marketing. Audience measurement remains optional.

Form data

First and last name, email, optional phone number, company, current website, requested services, budget, timing and project description. Only after Analytics consent: page views, site language, call-to-action clicks, device and browser type, traffic source and approximate region. Form entries are never sent to Analytics.

Why it is used

• Answer your request and prepare a quote or conversation — pre-contractual steps.
• Protect the form and limit abuse — the studio’s legitimate interest.
• Understand general site use and improve journeys — your optional consent.

Required providers

Vercel hosts the site. FormSubmit relays the form and retains submissions for 30 days. Forward Email routes contact@studiobyr.com and Google Gmail receives the final message. Google Analytics is involved only after acceptance and when a GA4 ID is configured. Some processing may occur outside the EEA under each provider’s safeguards.

Retention

• FormSubmit: 30 days in its archive.
• Request with no commercial follow-up: up to 12 months in the studio inbox.
• If a contract follows: as required for the relationship and legal, accounting or claims obligations.
• Google Analytics: cookies are limited by the site to 6 months; GA4 property retention depends on the studio setting. No Analytics data without consent or a configured ID.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable. Email contact@studiobyr.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

Security & restraint

The site uses HTTPS, limits mandatory data and includes an invisible anti-spam field. No system is absolutely secure; R Studio adapts technical safeguards as the site evolves.

Changes

This page is dated and versioned. Material changes to processing or tracking technology will be clearly announced on the site.
